ELECTRICIAN SUPERVISOR I
You will serve as an ELECTRICIAN SUPERVISOR I in the Electrician Shop (25D) of TRIDENT REFIT FACILITY, BANGOR.
- You will select and assign work to subordinates and instruct them on procedures, specifications, priorities, and schedules.
- You will plan work schedules, manpower, skill, and material requirements.
- You will conduct employee training on a wide range of technical requirements, steps and processes.
- You will supervise employees in installation, repair, and maintenance of various electrical systems.
- You will recommend and help plan facilities, equipment, and procedural changes to improve safety, reduce costs, and meet new work requirements.
- You will inspect work in progress and upon completion to maintain quality assurance, conformance to specifications, efficient work progress, housekeeping, and safe operations.
