SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST of COMMANDER, NAVY REGION NORTHWEST.


  • You will analyze and recommend costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management.
  • You will set priorities and schedules works as necessary to assure effective and expeditious accomplishment of priority work without adverse affect.
  • You will develop proposals concerning alternative methods, sources, and timing of financing for substantive programs.
  • Youn will resolve critical problems and develop new theories concerning budget, accounting, and financial management problems.

Requirements

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience researching and enforcing fiscal policies relating to budget execution. Experience maintaining financial services that include planning, budgeting, accounting, financial analysis, quality assurance, accounts payable, and financial management reporting. Experience preparing and presenting financial briefings to higher level management. Experience maintaining an effective system of financial controls to ensure complete accountability for federal financial resources.
