Job Summary and Qualifications
Performing and documenting quality assurance procedures on cameras, equipment in the hot lab and any other equipment. QC to be performed on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, biannual, and annual intervals.
Proper use of all equipment in the department.
Performing, processing, and completing all procedures from start to finish. Including documenting necessary information required for interpretation by the radiologist/cardiologist.
High-level customer service with all patients/family members/employees/physicians and other visitors in the department and hospital. Including proper phone etiquette.
Explaining all procedures to patients and family members in a complete and understandable manner, answer all questions that the patient or family members have.
What qualifications you will need:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- (CNMT) Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist, or (ARRT-N) Nuclear Medicine Technology must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
