Cape Abilities
Background Information
Through our AbilityOne contracts, our crews provide custodial services at Air Station Cape Cod in Bourne and the Veterans Administration Clinic in Hyannis. Our employees maintain a high standard of cleanliness so the professionals at these facilities can focus on their critical missions.
Our team members take great pride in their work, and the staff at both sites consistently recognize their reliability, attention to detail, and professionalism. These contracts are a clear example of how inclusive employment benefits both the workforce and the community.
Why we want to hire veterans
We want to hire people with disabilities because we believe in a person-centered approach. Every individual has unique strengths, goals, and the right to participate in their community.
Employment is about more than a paycheck. It’s about purpose, connection, and independence. When we support someone in joining our enclave group or AbilityOne crew, we’re helping them build skills, confidence, and relationships.
Our employees aren’t just filling jobs they’re essential team members who make Cape Abilities and our community stronger.
